Exit bei Cipio Partners – Broadcom übernimmt BroadLight

Cipio Partners (www.cipiopartners.com) unterzeichnete gestern eine Vereinbarung über den Verkauf seines Portfoliounternehmens BroadLight, Inc. (www.broadlight.com) an die Broadcom Corporation (www.broadcom.com). Der israelische Hersteller von sogenannten PON-Chips für High Speed-Telekommunikationsnetzwerke war seit 2007 im Portfolio der auf Sekundärmarkttransaktionen spezialisierten Beteiligungsgesellschaft.
