Cipio Partners sells equity position in TopoSys GmbH. |

Cipio Partners, an investment firm with offices in London and Munich, has sold its equity position
in TopoSys GmbH to a group of individual investors. As part of the transaction, which was completed
in March 2005, the new investors have also provided additional
funds to TopoSys. TopoSys will use the funds to further build out its product and
services portfolio and strengthen its market
position in Europe.
