Cipio Partners to present at 5. Handelsblatt Private Equity conference

Werner Dreesbach, Managing Partner at Cipio Partners, is scheduled to speak at the 5. Handelsblatt Private Equity
conference on portfolio exit strategies in the secondary direct market. Mr. Dreesbach will discuss the ongoing
exit problem in the German Venture Capital and Private Equity markets and will provide an overview of secondary transactions, exploring strategic and financial considerations from both a sellers and a buyers point of view. The "5. Handelsblatt Jahrestagung" will take place on 10 & 11 May 2005 at the Hilton Hotel in Frankfurt.
