Sale of Tevet Process Technologies Ltd. to Nanometrics, Inc.

Cipio Partners and other shareholders have sold Tevet Process Technologies Ltd. to Nanometrics, Inc. through an asset deal. The acquisition represents an additional entry point for Nanometrics with leading semiconductor OEMs, as well as companies in the solar manufacturing industry. Cipio Partners was an investor alongside Eurofund, Intel Capital and others and represented in the company’s board.
