London | December 4, 2006 - Cipio Partners and other shareholders have sold 100% of the equity in Jungo Ltd. to NDS Group Plc. The transaction marks a further successful exit from Cipio Partners' Israeli portfolio. Cipio Partners was a major investor in Jungo alongside Telesoft, Intel Capital and Partech and represented in the company’s board.
