Cipio Partners has sold its equity position
in Advalytix AG to Olympus Life and Material Science Europe GmbH. The transaction, which closed on
5 April 2005, marks Cipio Partners' second exit since the acquisition of the private equity holdings of Infineon Technologies AG, DaimlerChrysler Group and Deutsche Telekom AG.
